Physical conditioning I decided to have personal training with him. This was one of the best things I’ve done. He gave me the kick up the butt that I needed and also put me on the right nutritional plan and training program. Before I knew it I went from 20% body fat down to 8% in 12 weeks.
I’ve been training with him for nearly two years now and I still can’t catch him when we do hill sprints lol. Absolutely enjoy our sessions which are always fun and varied.
