Ainsley is such a great trainer. He constantly monitors you to make sure you stay focussed on your goal. His training sessions are absolutely brilliant and never boring. I always look forward to training g with him and I particularly enjoy hitting him when he puts on the body armour. I booked 12 sessions with him and so far the results have been amazing. His recipes in his nutritional plan and delicious and really easy to make. I have 3 kids and they all enjoy the meals too. I feel so much more confident with my body and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he has given me. I love training with BOx and I would highly recommend.
