APRIL BOxER OF THE MONTH
Our BOxER of the month in April was Nadine Thomas. Nadine’s middle name is persistence. Without fail Nadine attends BOx every week, coming 3-4 times and giving maximum effort during each session. This has clearly works for her as she’s looking bloody brilliant. Age shouldn’t be a barrier and Nadine is a great example of pushing your boundaries and reaching those goals no matter what your age. Your number doesn’t define you.

I have been coming to BOx for almost a year and can honestly say I have never felt fitter or more flexible. I have been to many gyms but BOx is driven, the instructors, Bo and Annie are driven, they push you to achieve your results. I was sceptical at first being a mature Boxer thinking it would be out of my league, how wrong was I. Not only have I lost weight, I am more toned, stronger and fitter and have a new body shape, I’m not quite Popeye yet but I’m certainly not Olive Oyl !!
I would fully recommend this to any age group but particularly to anyone over 50, if you are thinking this would be too much, it’s not, it’s at your own pace but you get fitter, better and more energised the more you do it.
